All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect sizing selections
  • Change of mind
  • Custom or personalized items

Damaged or Incorrect Items
We’ve got you covered if something isn’t right.

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging

Once your request is reviewed, we will gladly offer:

  • A replacement or store credit (if applicable)
